Every tier lets you build commercial products with Meep — games, simulations, visualizations, internal tools, anything in that family. You get the full source via the npm package. There are no binary blobs.
The one restriction worth flagging here is the non-compete: you can't use Meep to build a derivative game engine, ECS framework, or engine-like product that competes with Meep itself. That's it. If you're not sure whether your project falls inside or outside that line, email me and I'll give you a written read before you sink time into it.
Standard and Enterprise agreements include a Source Continuity clause: if Meep is publicly discontinued, abandoned for more than 180 days, or the project becomes unable to continue, your most recent license becomes perpetual and royalty-free and you keep the right to modify the source.
Specific contract language — seat counts, scope, support terms, governing law — is delivered with your license file and varies by tier. For legal teams that want to evaluate before engaging, the full Standard Tier sample license is published in full on this site. Pricing →
