Get in touch

Email is the fastest way to reach me.

I'm Alexander Goldring, the author of Meep. I read and reply to every email. For most purchases you don't need to talk to me — pick a tier on the pricing page and check out. Email is for the cases below.

When to write

  • Enterprise licensing. Custom seat counts, dedicated support hours, custom contract terms.
  • Volume seat pricing. Studios buying many seats at once and want a volume quote.
  • License clarification. Specific projects where you're unsure whether the non-compete applies. I'll give you a written read.
  • Showcase and partnerships. Shipping a commercial Meep title and want to be featured? I'd love to hear about it.
  • Bug reports and feature requests. Best-effort response on Free and Indie; priority on Standard; SLA on Enterprise.

What to include

A short note about you and the project goes a long way. Helpful details: studio size, product type, approximate revenue, target platforms, and a one-line description of what you're building. I'll respond with a specific quote or a clear answer instead of a form letter.

Response time: usually within 2 business days. I'm one person, so if it's been longer, please send a polite nudge — the original email probably got buried.
